Coming from the North, M62. Take Junction 20 forA627 (M) Rochdale / Oldham and then take the first exit on the roundabout for Oldham. Next take the 2nd exit for Oldham and then the 2nd exit on the roundabout. Continue straight over the next roundabout (3rd exit) and across the flyover on the bypass. At the traffic lights turn left and at the next lights go straight on, up a side street. Take your first left and left again. This will bring you at the side of our building where you can park.

Coming from the South, M60. Take Junction 22 for Oldham and then signs for Oldham. At the top of this road you will see the bypass flyover above you. Turn right here and follow onto the bypass. Once on the bypass, at the traffic lights turn left and at the next lights go straight on, up a side street. Take your first left and left again. This will bring you at the side of our building where you can park.

All items bought from Nursery Goods Direct have been manufactured to comply with statutory legal requirements and relevant safety standards of the United Kingdom. All our products are covered by a manufacturing warranty for anything between 6 months – 2 years depending on the manufacturer and product.

To return goods you must provide your receipt and a letter explaining the issue. You can return your goods back to us at your expense or we can arrange via our carrier for a cost of £30. The charge will cover collection of goods and all administration costs. All goods being collected by our carrier must be boxed securely, with your receipt and letter inside the box.

All deliveries to the UK mainland are delivered Monday to Friday using our dedicated carriers.

If you wish to cancel your order, please e-mail us. You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing your order. If your cancellation is received after despatch, you will incur courier charges for its return. Please note that our carrier charge is £30.

All cancellations must be via e-mail. Cancellations will not be accepted over the phone as all correspondence pertaining to this must be documented for all parties concerned.

If your product develops a fault during your guarantee period, we can arrange for your goods to be repaired.

Initially, we ask you to report your fault by e-mail us or telephone (0161) 620 1734 to be backed up by photographic evidence with details of the fault. This way we may be able to offer you a replacement part.
