Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please e-mail us.
You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing your order.
If your cancellation is received after despatch, you will incur courier charges for its return.
Please note that our carrier charge is £30.
All cancellations must be via e-mail. Cancellations will not be accepted over the phone as all correspondence pertaining to this must be documented for all parties concerned.
