Returns Policy
If your product develops a fault during your guarantee period, we can arrange for your goods to be repaired.
Initially, we ask you to report your fault by e-mail us or telephone (0161) 620 1734 to be backed up by photographic evidence with details of the fault.
This way we may be able to offer you a replacement part.
You can return your goods back to us at your expense or we can arrange via our carrier for a cost of £30. The charge will cover collection of goods and all administration costs. All goods being collected by our carrier must be boxed securely, with your receipt and letter inside the box.
