Your payment details are checked upon placing your order however payment is not taken until your order is ready to be dispatched. We accept all major credit & debit cards and cheques from any major UK high street bank. We are backed by the highest levels of bank approved security however if you do not feel comfortable entering your credit card details online then you may alternatively send your credit card information via phone, fax or post.

If there is any item you have viewed on the internet site of you simply can’t find on our internet site, it will probably be available via our mail order division at discounted prices.

All items bought from Nursery Goods Direct have been manufactured to comply with statutory legal requirements and relevant safety standards of the United Kingdom. All our products are covered by a manufacturing warranty for anything between 6 months – 2 years depending on the manufacturer and product.

To return goods you must provide your receipt and a letter explaining the issue. You can return your goods back to us at your expense or we can arrange via our carrier for a minimum cost of £30 dependent on size of goods (UK Only, excluding Northern Ireland). The charge will cover collection of goods and all administration costs. All goods being collected by our carrier must be boxed securely, with your receipt and letter inside the box.

All goods that have been accidentally damaged whether within the guarantee or not can be repaired at your cost.

For International Orders please note:
It is not possible for us to offer the same excellent level of after-sales to some international destinations due to the costs associated with returning products therefore we cannot implement any manufacturer’s warranty or guarantee for non UK orders.

United Kingdom Deliveries

All deliveries to the UK mainland are delivered Monday to Friday using our dedicated carriers.

If you wish to cancel your order, please e-mail us. You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it. If your cancellation is received after despatch, you will incur courier charges for its return. Please note that our carrier charge is a minimum of £30 dependent on size of goods (UK Only, excluding Northern Ireland).

All cancellations must be via e-mail. Cancellations will not be accepted over the phone as all correspondence pertaining to this must be documented for all parties concerned.

If your product develops a fault during your guarantee period, we can arrange for your goods to be repaired.

Initially, we ask you to report your fault by e-mail us or telephone (0161) 620 1734 to be backed up by photographic evidence with details of the fault. This way we may be able to offer you a replacement part.
