Your payment details are checked upon placing your order however payment is not taken until your order is ready to be dispatched. We accept all major credit & debit cards and cheques from any major UK high street bank. We are backed by the highest levels of bank approved security however if you do not feel comfortable entering your credit card details online then you may alternatively send your credit card information via phone, fax or post.

We can accept: Cash, Cheque, Credit and Debit Card Payments at our Shop.

If there is any item you have viewed on the internet site of you simply can’t find on our internet site, it will probably be available via our mail order division at discounted prices.

United Kingdom Deliveries

All deliveries to the UK mainland are delivered Monday to Friday using our dedicated carriers.

Deliveries will normally take 3-4 working days from receipt of order, but please allow up to 20 working days for certain items. For delivery prices please e-mail us or use the Contact Form on the Contact Page.

European and International Deliveries

If you wish to cancel your order, please e-mail us. You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it. If your cancellation is received after despatch, you will incur courier charges for its return. Please note that our carrier charge is a minimum of £30 dependent on size of goods (UK Only, excluding Northern Ireland).

All cancellations must be via e-mail. Cancellations will not be accepted over the phone as all correspondence pertaining to this must be documented for all parties concerned.

If your product develops a fault during your guarantee period, we can arrange for your goods to be repaired.

Initially, we ask you to report your fault by e-mail us or telephone (0161) 620 1734 to be backed up by photographic evidence with details of the fault. This way we may be able to offer you a replacement part.

All items bought from Nursery Goods Direct have been manufactured to comply with statutory legal requirements and relevant safety standards of the United Kingdom. All our products are covered by a manufacturing warranty for anything between 6 months – 3 years depending on the manufacturer and product.

Nursery Goods Direct’s retail showroom is open to the public six days a week, 10.00am – 5.00pm. Please call us for Bank Holiday opening times.

To help the financial strain at this happy time in your life, Nursery Goods Direct can offer an Interest Free payment plan for most in store, mail order and on-line purchases. All you will be asked for on ordering is an initial deposit and an agreed payment plan to spread the remaining payments. No interest will be charged on the payments.
